On April 5, 2017, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulation changes in Title 3, Chapter 306 of the Alaska Administrative Code, regulating the the reporting of ownership change of a marijuana business.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on June 16, 2017, effective on July 19, 2017.
