The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to permit Parcel A consisting of approximately 10,000 square feet (ADA-09189), at the Birchwood Airport for five (5) years.  Applicant:  70 North, LLC.  Annual rent:  $990. Authorized uses:  Non-aeronautical – vehicle parking for employees, visitors, and customers.
