On December 1, 2015, the Marijuana Control Board adopted regulation changes in Title 3, Chapter 306 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with regulations of the marijuana industry.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on January 22, 2016, and went into effect on February 21, 2016. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes were printed in Register 217, April 2016 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
