Notice of City of Sand Point’s Withdrawal of its Annexation Petition
On April 18, 2017, per 3 AAC 110.545, the City of Sand Point sent a letter to the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development stating that it was withdrawing its annexation petition.
