Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of DCCED/CBPL – Telemedicine Business Registry

On March 24, 2017, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code; the regulations establish fees and requirements regarding the telemedicine business registry under AS 44.33.381.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on March 29, 2017, and will go into effect on April 28, 2017.  See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 222, July 2017 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
