Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA438-8, seeking to extend the term of its Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement (Agreement) with Cook Inlet Energy, LLC (CIE). The proposed extension will extend the Agreement for a five year period, from March 31, 2018, to March 31, 2023.
The Agreement sets out prices at which Chugach will purchase gas from CIE over the five year extension. With TA438-8, Chugach is proposing to update its tariff to reflect the prices set out in the Agreement. The prices for 2019 through 2023 are as follows:
