Informal Request for Proposals #17-071M

The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority (the Trust) is soliciting proposals from qualified management and organizational consultants to conduct an in depth organizational evaluation. The IRFP is attached to this public notice.

Proposals must be received no later than 1:30 P.M., Alaska Time on April 7, 2017 as outlined in the solicitation.
