PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute a lease with Delta Leasing LLC, d.b.a. Alaska Adventure Rentals (AAR), ADA-32140 covering Rooms NA152 (348 SF) and NTC114 (110 SF), consisting of a total of 458 s.f. of terminal space and 10 parking spaces at the North Terminal Parking lot in the North Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. APPLICANT: Delta Leasing, LLC. TERM: One (1) year lease with four (4) one (1) year renewal options. TERMINAL RENT: $25/s.f./yr for the terminal space and 10% of gross rental fees. AUTHORIZED USES: Rent vehicles that will not fit in the Rental Car Facility; primarily ¾ ton full-size pickup trucks with canopy toppers, 1 ton long-bed trucks, and Chevrolet Suburban’s to provide tourists who look to experience the more remote areas of Alaska.
