INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Lake Hood Seaplane Base Lake Hood Lakeshore Taxilane Reconstruction, Project Number AIP 3-02-0013-XXX-2017/CFAPT00103, will be received until 2:00 p.m., March 15, 2017 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.
This federally funded project will reconstruct 1,900 feet of Lakeshore Taxilane from the entrance of Alpha parking to 4055 Aircraft Drive and a mill and pave from the end of Delta parking to Aircraft Drive at Lake Hood Seaplane Base. Project includes structural section replacement, shoulder paving, drainage improvements and signing/striping. Also, as part of the project, the Lake Hood Ramp area will be reconstructed, including structural section, replacement of the aircraft tie-downs and replacement and improvements of the float plane launch ramp.
The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The Project substantial completion date will be August 31, 2017.

You may not change or alter the downloaded bidding forms in any way. Electronic bids will not be accepted.
Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
