The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to continue to lease Lot 3, Block 2000, consisting of approximately 82,017 square feet (ADA-09177, Successive Lease to ADA-08126), at the Kodiak Benny Benson State Airport for an additional 20 years.  Applicant:  Buskin Storage LLC.  Annual rent:  $4,367.41. Authorized uses:  Non-aeronautical – The continued operation and maintenance of four buildings to be used for; storage and warehousing of freight and supplies, in connection with commercial businesses, subleasing of building and building space for commercial purposes, vehicle and equipment parking and storage.
