Public and Agency Notice: Preliminary Decision

Subject to AS 38.05.083, the Southcentral Region Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision (PD) to offer a 10 year aquatic farmsite lease to Clam Gulch Seafoods, LLC for approximately 9.85 acres of tidelands in Jakolof Bay.  The site is located within Sections 20 and 29, Township 8 South, Range 13 West, Seward Meridian.
