  • Address Vendor Questions; and
  • Update Bid Cost Schedule (AK_Attachment02 – Cost Schedule Ver 2.0)

ITB 170007283 - Statewide Food Purchase/Delivery Services

Issue Date: February 10, 2017

Deadline for Receipt of Bids: 3:00 PM Alaska Time, March 10, 2017

Purpose: The Department of Administration, Division of General Services (DGS), is seeking to establish contracts for the purchase of food products and related items on an as-needed basis from qualified providers. It is the intent to award a centralized contract to a single Contractor for each region: Northern, Southwest, Interior, Southcentral, Gulf Coast, and Southeast.

There will be a pre-bid conference held at 1:30 PM Alaska Time on February 17, 2017. The purpose of the conference is to discuss the ITB and allow potential bidders to ask questions. Bidders who wish to participate by phone may dial into the conference at (800) 315-6338, Access Code 05487.  Registered vendors will receive an invitation to the WebEx presentation.
