Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Real Estate Commission

On December 5, 2016, the Real Estate Commission adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 64 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with pre-licensure education requirements for an applicant for licensure as a real estate broker or real estate associate broker, and post-licensure requirements for a real estate salesperson licensee.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on January 30, 2017, and will go into effect on March 1, 2017.  See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 221, April 2017 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
