Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Anchorage Water and Wastewater Utility (AWWU) filed two tariff revisions for its water and sewer utilities (TA159-122 and TA160-126, respectively), proposing 2016 Levy Upon Connection (LUC) assessment rates. Under AWWU’s water and sewer tariffs, in certain circumstances, a parcel served by a water main or sewer line is subject to a LUC water or sewer assessment at the LUC rate for the year of construction. A summary of the past and proposed 2016 LUC water and sewer assessment rates is shown below.

This notice does not contain every pertinent revision or request associated with each filing. The Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from that proposed.
