The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to Lease Lot 1, Block 600, consisting of approximately 12,424 square feet (ADA-09154 Successive Lease to ADA-07673), at the Homer Airport for and additional five (5) years.  Applicant:  Airborne Scientific, Inc.  Annual rent:  $1,528.15. Authorized uses:  Aeronautical  - continued use and maintenance of a building; floatplane dock; floatplane tie up; vehicle parking; and fueling of Lessee’s aircraft only.
