Amendment #3 changes the name and contact information for the Procurement Officer assigned to this RFP from Mary Lockwood to Evan Patterson, 907-269-7349; Email evan.patterson@alaska.gov and also extends the deadline for receipt of proposals to 4:00 PM, June 15, 2017.  A full copy of the amendment is attached to this notice. 

Amendment #2 further extends the deadline for receipt of proposals to 4:00 PM on April 14, 2017.

Amendment #1: The deadline for proposal submission has been extended to 4:00 PM, Feb. 6, 2017.

The State of Alaska, Department of Corrections is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide institution-based sex offender management and treatment services for sexual offenders housed at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center located in Juneau, Alaska.  Proposals will be accepted at the mailing address below until 4:00 PM Alaska Time of January 26, 2017.  The services are expected to begin approximately February 24, 2017 and continue through June 30, 2017 with options to renew for three additional one year periods.
