On December 6, 2016, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02, of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with occupational licensing fees for professions regulated by the Board of Dental Examiners, specifically application fees, license fees, permit fees, renewal fees, and continuing education fees for dentists and hygienists.

The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on December 16, 2016, and will go into effect on January 15, 2017. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.

The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 221, April 2017 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
