The Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (AGDC) BOARD OF DIRECTORS will meet on December 16, 2016 at 3201 C Street, Suite 604, AGDC Board Room, Anchorage, Alaska.  The time of the meeting will be 08:00am.

ONE OR MORE AGDC BOARD MEMBERS may participate telephonically pursuant to AS 31.25.030(b).
