On November 4, 2016, the Board of Psychologist and Psychological Associate Examiners adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 60 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with ethics and standards.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on November 23, 2016, and will go into effect on December 23, 2016. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 220, January 2017 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
