Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Oliktok Pipeline Company (Oliktok) filed a tariff advice filing designated as TL45-334 proposing a rate increase for intrastate natural gas transportation service based on a 2015 test year. Proposed rates are compared with currently approved rates in the table below:

TL45-334 was filed on November 1, 2016. In order to accommodate the 30-day dispute resolution period following the filing, Oliktok requested, in accordance with Section I-4(b) of the Oliktok Settlement Agreement, that the Commission not issue a public notice for comments on this filing until after December 1, 2016. In accordance with Ordering Paragraph 5 of Order No. P-15-006(3), Oliktok consented to an extension of the statutory notice period for TL45-334 until December 31, 2016.
