Bid 17024 is issued according to 3 AAC 109 Procurement for Alaska Energy Authority (AEA) managed grants on behalf of the Native Village of Kipnuk and Kake.

Submission of Bids - Bidders shall submit sealed bids in single (1) copy. All Bids including any modifications or withdrawals shall be received prior to the bid opening. Bids will be publicly opened at Authority’s Office on November 15 at 2:00 p.m. Alaska Time, Willow Conference Room, 813 West Northern Lights Blvd, Anchorage AK 99503.
