Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Nutaaq Pipeline, LLC (Nutaaq) filed tariff revision TL47-524, seeking to revise its intrastate petroleum transportation rate. Nutaaq has requested an early effective date of November 1, 2016, for this filing. This effective date is less than the standard notice period prescribed in 3 AAC 48.220(a). Nutaaq stated that the earlier effective date will not prejudice or harm Nutaaq’s customers, who are aware of the circumstances necessitating this filing, or public interest.
Nutaaq proposes to increase its rate for the intrastate transportation of petroleum through its pipeline from the Badami Central Processing Unit to the Tie-in Point with the Endicott Pipeline from the current rate of $2.71 per barrel to $20.60 per barrel. Nutaaq anticipates that the rate revision proposed in this filing will only be for November and December 2016. Nutaaq anticipates filing a revised rate to be effective January 1, 2017.
