Notice of Utility Tariff Filings

The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Interior Telephone Company (ITC) and Mukluk Telephone Company, Inc. (MTC), filed tariff revisions TA140-165 and TA86-253, respectively, proposing to make amendments to their Lifeline Eligibility Criteria to reflect changes implemented by the Federal Communications Commission, and to remove and add additional programs to the Lifeline/Linkup program eligibility list. Additionally, ITC and MTC requested a waiver of certain state Lifeline program eligibility criteria as established in 3 AAC 53.390(b).

This notice does not contain all of the revisions proposed in TA140-165 and TA86-253 and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from those proposed.
