Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that the Municipality of Anchorage d/b/a Municipal Light and Power (ML&P), filed tariff revision TA354-121, proposing to add a new cost element to its Cost of Power Adjustment (COPA) surcharge calculation. With the proposed new cost element, ML&P seeks to recover costs related to interruptible supplemental gas supply agreements (GSA) with Cook Inlet Energy, LLC and AIX Energy LLC. ML&P is not requesting Commission approval of the GSAs, but has submitted copies to support the proposed cost element.
This notice does not contain every pertinent revision or request associated with TA354-121. The Commission may approve rates or classifications that vary from those proposed.
