Notice of Pipeline Carrier Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that North Slope Borough d/b/a Nuiqsut Natural Gas Pipeline (NNGP) filed tariff revision TL5-579, a simplified pipeline tariff rate filing. TL5-579 is filed pursuant to 3 AAC 48.464(h), which mandates that a pipeline carrier with simplified pipeline rates file revised rates no later than the first quarter of the third calendar year following the effective date of the most recent rates filed under 3 AAC 48.464(a). With TL5-579, NNGP proposes no change from its current rate for firm transportation service to Nuiqsut, Alaska of not more than $1.792 per mcf per month, including the gas transported. NNGP also proposes no change from its current rate for interruptible transportation service of $2.09 per mcf per month.
