                                          AMENDED NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION

                                                                     LAS 30032

This amended notice is to add an additional day to the public comment period, previously stated to end 5:00 p.m., October 10, 2016 and now extended to 5:00 p.m., October 11, 2016.

Pursuant to AS 46.15 and rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, notice is hereby given that an application was received on November 10, 2014, (Priority Date), from ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc., P.O. Box 100360 Anchorage, AK 99510-0360, to appropriate water as follows:

To withdraw up to 31,886,000 gallons of water/and or ice aggregate per year from June 1^st through May 31^st from the lake known as Lake B8533 (also known as Lake L9315), located within Sections 25, 35 and 36, T12N, R4E, all within Umiat Meridian. Water use is for Oil and Gas Exploration, Development, Operations and Maintenance activities including public water supply. This water right is appurtenant to the Colville River Oil and Gas Leasing Unit and other lands onshore or offshore for up to thirty miles from the water take point.

The public is invited to comment on these actions. The Water Resources Section must receive comments in writing (including the name and mailing address of the commenter) by 5:00 p.m., October 10, 2016 at the above address to be considered. If issued, a permit may be extended for good cause shown, pursuant to AS 46.15.110 and 11 AAC 93.120(f), without additional public notice.
