RFQ - Kodak Reader Printer Annual Maintenance Support

The State Recorder's Office located at 550 W. 7th Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska is soliciting offers to provide annual on-site equipment maintenance support for two Kodak Reader Printers. Technician must be authorized by Kodak Alaris and must respond no later than 6 hours after call-out.

CONTRACT TERM: Initial one year contract with 4 optional one year renewals. Renewals will be at the sole discretion of the State.

METHOD OF AWARD: Award will be made as one lot based on Total Cost to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror. Offerors must bid on all Line Items (1 thru 5) on pages 1 thru 3 of this document to be considered responsive. Failure to bid on all Line Items will cause the State to consider the offer non-responsive and reject the offer.

QUOTE SUBMITTAL: Offerors are encouraged to submit quotes via the Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal at https://iris-vss.alaska.gov, or via fax at 907-269-8909; via email at dnr.ssd.procurement@alaska.gov; or mailed / hand delivered to DNR/SSD 550 West 7th Ave, Suite 1230, Anchorage, Alaska 99501. The deadline for responses is listed on page 1 of this RFQ. Responses received after this date/time will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.
