Supplemental Notice of Utility Tariff Filings

On September 13, 2016, the REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) issued a public notice for Plant Replacement and Improvement Surcharge Mechanism surcharge updates for Golden Heart Utilities, Inc. (GHU) and College Utilities Company (CUC) for their water (TA80-118 and TA122-97, respectively) and wastewater utilities (TA74-290 and TA127-37, respectively).

The public comment period for that notice ends on September 26, 2016. With this notice the Commission extends the public comment period to October 4, 2016.

This notice does not contain every requested revision and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from those proposed.
