Gravel Pad, Flowline and Wells for Gas Production of the Ninilchik Unit

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division), received a Unit Plan of Operations application dated July 27, 2016 from Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp) to install a new gravel pad (Kalotsa Pad) and access road/pipeline on private land between the Hilcorp-operated Paxton Pad and Susan Dionne Pad.

Hilcorp plans to construct the Kalotsa Pad, access road and adjoining pipeline on private land within the NKU. The development plan proposes to drill and produce up to four gas wells contained inside the Susan Dionne and Paxton Pad Participating Areas, north of Ninilchik, Alaska.

Location Description: The proposed Kalotsa Pad is located north of Ninilchik, Alaska on the east side of the Cook Inlet within the Ninilchik Unit (NKU) at approximately MP 129 of the Sterling Highway. The Division is providing public notice and an opportunity to comment under 38.05.035.
