The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue Operating Permit No. AQ0696TVP03 to the Osprey Platform, under Alaska Statutes 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.

Application: December 21, 2015.
Emissions: Potential annual emissions will not exceed: 11 tons PM, 164 tons NOx, 37 tons SO2, 38 tons CO, and 10 tons VOCs. The total emissions of regulated air pollutants is 260 tons per year.
ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of the application, ADEC drafted a preliminary permit decision for the Osprey Platform.

Opportunity for Public Participation: Notice is also given that any interested person may present written statements relevant to the draft documents by the close of the public comment period. Written comments will be included in the record if received by close of the comment period. ADEC will consider all comments received and make any changes ADEC finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or State Law. Any person may request a public hearing and that hearing will be held if ADEC finds that good cause exists. ADEC will issue a final decision to issue or deny the permit after the close of the public comment period. ADEC complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
