On February 11, 2016, the State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 36 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with documents required to be signed and sealed.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on May 19, 2016, and will go into effect on June 18, 2016. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 218, July 2016 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
