Notice of Utility Tariff Filings
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on May 17, 2016, ACS of Fairbanks, LLC; ACS of the Northland, LLC; ACS of Alaska, LLC; and ACS of Anchorage, LLC collectively d/b/a Alaska Communications Systems, Alaska Communications, ACS Local Service and ACS (collectively "ACS") filed tariff advice filings TA145-117, TA186-359, TA204-251, and TA550-120, respectively. In accordance with 47 C.F.R. §51.907(f), ACS is proposing to reduce its Terminating Local Switching rates. The Terminating Local Switching charge is a usage charge for terminating traffic on the local exchange carrier’s network, billed to long distance service providers. ACS requested an effective date of July 1, 2016.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve rates or classifications which vary from that proposed.
