On March 10, 2016, the Big Game Commercial Services Board adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 75 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with guide-outfitter use area maps.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on May 17, 2016, and will go into effect on June 16, 2016. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 218, July 2016 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
