PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN
MANLEY HOT SPRINGS, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LAND TRUSTEE
In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.420 - .440 the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the issuance of a lease of the following described parcel of Municipal Trust land to the Manley Hot Springs Community Association for the site of the community well site:
The surface estate of that certain real property located in Section 9 of Township 2 North, Range 15 West, Fairbanks Meridian, Alaska within the Manley Hot Springs Recording District, containing 10.09 acres more or less, more particularly identified in the attachment.
The Manley Hot Springs Community Association, the recognized appropriate village entity for the village of Manley Hot Springs, adopted a resolution approving the lease on March 31, 2016.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed lease. Please submit comments to:

Following the comment deadline, all responses will be reviewed and the Commissioner’s decision on this matter may be modified as a result of information received.
