PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN
TATITLEK, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LAND TRUSTEE

In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.420 - .450 the Municipal Land Trust Officer,
acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and
Economic Development, is considering the issuance of a lease of the following described parcel
of Municipal Trust land to the Tatitlek IRA Council for the site of the community landfill:
The surface estate of that certain real property located in Section 32 of Township
11 South, Range 8 West, Copper River Meridian, Alaska, being situated in the
vicinity of the Native village ofTatitlek within the Valdez Recording District,
State of Alaska, containing approximately 1.63 acres more or less, more
particularly described in the attached property plan.

The Tatitlek IRA Council, the recognized appropriate village entity for the village of Tatitlek,
adopted a resolution approving the lease on March 21, 2016.

The public is invited to comment on the proposed lease. Please submit comments to
