This meeting is open to the public. Participants may attend the meeting at either location; the Fairbanks location will be patched into the Anchorage location via teleconference.
Periods of public comment are scheduled for
11:30a.m. and 3:30p.m. on each meeting day.

Written comments may be submitted at any time; any comments received will become public records and subject to inspection.
