PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING DISPOSAL OF AN INTEREST IN MUNICIPAL TRUST LAND IN
TUNTUTULIAK, ALASKA BY THE MUNICIPAL LAND TRUSTEE
In accordance with A.S. 44.33.755 and 3 AAC 190.420 - .440 the Municipal Land Trust Officer, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, is considering the issuance of a lease of the following described parcel of Municipal Trust land to the Tuntutuliak Traditional Council for the site of the community sewage lagoon:
The surface estate of that certain real property approximately 0.6 miles north of the Tuntutuliak school site in Section 17, of Township 3 North, Range 77 West, Seward Meridian, Bethel Recording District, 4th Judicial District, located in the village of Tuntutuliak, Alaska, containing 2.5 acres more or less, more particularly described in Appendix A.
The Tututuliak Traditional Council, the recognized appropriate village entity for the village of Tututuliak, adopted a resolution approving the lease on December 17, 2015.
The public is invited to comment on the proposed lease.
