Opening Location and Time: Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids, in single copy, for furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for performing all work for the project described below. Bids will be opening publicly at 10:00 AM local time, at the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Supply Building, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska on the 19th of February, 2016.
Description of Work: The work shall consist of routine summer and winter maintenance of all runways, taxi-ways, aprons, State-owned equipment and State-owned buildings located on the airport facility, in accordance with the Contract Specifications.
Contract Period: On Award through February 28, 2017 with five (5) one-year renewal options. Renewal options to be exercised solely by the state.
