PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Work must be completed by March 31, 2016.

METHOD OF AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror based on the total cost listed in the Unit Cost field. There is no requirement to enter Quantity, Unit or Extended Line Total for this solicitation.
