NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
AIDEA / AEA Office Building Remodel RFP #: 16101
The Contractor shall provide professional design services for the Remodel of the AEA/AIDEA Office Building located in Anchorage, Alaska. Services may include master planning, programming, condition surveys of the existing facilities, surveying, and design and construction related services.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period of performance is a six year (6) term. Cost of these services is expected to be in the range of $500,000-$1,000,000.
The RFP Package may be obtained from the AIDEA/AEA Website at:http://www.aideaaeaprocurement.org/.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than 3 pm, February 17, 2016, prevailing time.
