The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 2B, Block 1, consisting of approximately 81,271 square feet (ADA-09073 successive lease to ADA-04250), at King Salmon Airport for 55 years.  Applicant:  Peninsula Airways, Inc.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical -  Continued operation and maintenance of a terminal building; food, snacks and non-alcoholic concessions and vending, aviation related office and space rental; aircraft fuel storage and the retail sale of aviation fuel and petroleum products; and associated employee and visitor parking. Annual rent:  $2,417.81.
