Subject to AS 38.05.075(c), the Southcentral Regional Office (SCRO) has made a decision to offer a 20-year lease to The Saltry, Inc. for a 0.5-acre, two-parcel site for a restaurant and associated commercial activities, located in Halibut Cove.  The site is further described as being within the SW1/4 of Section 1, T. 7 S., R. 12 W., Seward Meridian.
