On June3, 2015, the Real Estate Commission adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter64 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with broker’s commission.
Theregulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signedand filed by the Lieutenant Governor on November 16, 2015, and will go intoeffect on December 16, 2015. See attached copy of the filed version ofthe regulations.
Thenew regulation changes will be printed in Register 216, January 2016 of theAlaska Administrative Code.
