Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Golden Valley Electric Association, Inc. (GVEA) filed tariff revision TA273-13, proposing to update Rule 16 in its tariff, which addresses firm point-to-point transmission service. With TA273-13, GVEA proposes re-organizing Rule 16, and updating specific terms throughout Rule 16 to correspond to approved definitions. These changes include replacing the term “Transmission Provider” with “Association,” and “Transmission Customer” with “Eligible Transmission Customer.”
This notice does not contain all requested revisions and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from those proposed.
