On October 28, 2015, the Division of Insurance adopted regulation changes in Title 3 of the Alaska Administrative Code relating to final payment for a vaccine that an insurance policy covers, that is an included vaccine under the statewide immunization program under AS 18.09, and that is purchased by the provider instead of obtained from the state under AS 18.09 (3 AAC 26.110(a)).
The regulations changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on November 16, 2015, and will go into effect on December 16, 2015. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 216, January 2016 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
