Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission

 Re:      Proposed Regulatory Cost Charges for Fiscal Year 2016

The Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) will hold a public hearing on November 17, 2015 at 9:00 am at the AOGCC’s offices, 333 West 7^th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501.  The purpose of the hearing will be to receive testimony and comments on the final calculation of the fiscal year 2016 regulatory cost charges that the AOGCC proposes to impose on operators pursuant to 20 AAC 25.615.

Copies of the AOGCC’s proposed regulatory cost charges may be obtained from the AOGCC at the address set out above.
