Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 0640010/77227, College Road Right Turn Lanes, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, October 27, 2015, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of installing a separate right turn lane for westbound traffic at the intersection of College Road/Old SteeseHighway, and a new separate right turn lane creating dual rights for eastbound traffic at the intersection of College Road/Steese Expressway.

Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.

The project completion date is September 1, 2016.
