Lease Agreement ADA-31167 Husdon Northwind Anchorage JV at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport

NOTICE OF SPCIALITY RETAIL NEWS & GIFTS AGREEMENT EXTENSION: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (State), proposes to execute an extension to the non-exclusive news, gifts, specialty retail, food & beverage Concession Agreement ADA-31167, with Hudson Northwind Anchorage JV (Hudson), at the South Terminal of the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. TERM:  The contract will be extended three years, from November 1, 2020 to October 31, 2023. FINANCIAL TERMS: Hudson will pay the airport $250,000.00 for future airport concessions development. Per its existing Agreement, Hudson will pay the following percentages of gross revenue: 16% for books/magazines, 26% for gifts/retail, 20% for health & beauty aids, 13% for food and 15% for travel/leisure.

Box 196960, Anchorage, AK, 99519-6960, but must be received by 5:00 P.M. on or before October 5, 2015, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the supplement.
