The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-50601 of Lot 1, Block 100, consisting of approximately 13,500 square feet, at Klawock Airport for an additional three years, to expire April 1, 2023.  Applicant:  Harris Aircraft Services Inc.  Annual rent:  $1,539.  Authorized uses:  Passenger terminal facility with offices in support of Lessee’s air taxi operations, fuel storage, fueling of Lessee’s aircraft and fuel sales and/or construction and maintenance of an aircraft hangar and fueling facility.
