On February 5, 2015, the Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 36 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with continuing education requirements.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on August 12, 2015, and will go into effect on September 11, 2015. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 215, October 2015 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
